Intended use:

  • other (to be agreed with a client) within the following technical data.

Scope of the data of the produced vessels:

  • capacity: 0,2-100 m3
  • mean of bottom 500-5 3000 mm
  • length: 1000-10 000 mm
  • weight: 150 -20 000 kg
  • pressure scope: 0-10 MPa
  • tempreture scope: -30°C ~ +95°C

The standard of a vessel realization is each time agreed with a Client. Methods of entering into agreements with clients are governed by the procedure existing in CERMAR company. The procedure ensures verification of an order in the following aspects:

Cermar Industry has respective rights under supervision of GL; DNV; Technical Inspection Office, in the scope of welding structures according to the following groups of materials, with the use of methods 135; 136; 141; 121, material thickness: 3 mm to 120 mm; type:

  • Steels with minimum REH yield point ≤ 460 N/mm2 (S235 do S460 NL; MW 450K);
    e.g. WPQR 135/136/1.3/BW , welding position H-L045, inspection by DNV;
  • Heat hardened and precipitation hardened steels with minimum yield point  REH > 360 N/mm2  (WELDOX 900 QL );
